History

Staktek Holdings (NASDAQ: STAK) purchased Southland Micro Systems in August, 2007. Staktek changed its name to Entorian Technologies (NASDAQ: ENTN) in 2008. Entorian later sold the assets of its memory module business to TriCor Technologies in December, 2008.

Mfg Overview

In January, 2009, TriCor moved its manufacturing operations from Southland’s Orange County, California facility and Entorian’s Reynosa, Mexico facility to Austin, Texas in partnership with a leader in memory module manufacturing. Together we have more than 150 employees managing 9 SMT lines with monthly production of over 500K DIMMs with annual revenues in excess of $250M. The Austin factory is ISO 9001 : 2000 registered and is a certified CMTL manufacturer.
